Bench, Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Bar Bell plus weights, Parachute, Agility Ladders, Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls, Power Bags, Swiss Balls, Kick Pads, Weighted Bars, Skipping Ropes, Boxing Gloves / Pads, Weighted Sledge, Hurdles, Weighted Vest, Chin up & Dips frame.
Group Training

Resistance & Cardio circuits for fitness & weight loss - every session is different & challenging with alternative exercises provided. Novice to advanced athlete catered for.
