About Myself
I am a former Army Commando & PTI and have been instructing fitness classes since 1986. Currently I am the Exeter Park Manager for British Military Fitness, self employed Personal Trainer as well as owner of the Quest for Zest gymnasium in Chudleigh, a fully equipped gym which includes a range of cardio & functional equipment as well as Olympic bars, weights, squat rack & boxing equipment . I instruct in both martial arts & boxing & was employed by the Fire Fighters Charity to provide sports massage for injured firefighters & their dependents.
I am a Level 4 member of the Sports Massage Association, Level 3 Advanced Instructor on The Register of Exercise Professionals UK with a Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Massage Therapy & also a Diploma in Functional Performance & Therapy.

To assist you to reach your training goals, I have a broad range of fitness equipment available & Personal Training sessions can be undertaken at your home, office, the local gym (gym fees may be applicable), outdoors or a combination of the above.
Since I am a firm believer that it is essential to have a combination of both suitable nutrition & exercise in order to promote longevity & maintain quality of life, as well as improve sporting performance I will be happy to discuss your nutritional requirements as part of your PT sessions.
My customers' needs are of the utmost importance. So I am committed to meeting those needs, as a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
Location:
I am based in Chudleigh, Devon, however, I cover the South Devon area, with home & office visits being available to clients as required.
Hours:
I try to operate flexible hours to suit my clients' busy schedules, as I am fully aware of the need to fit their exercise regime around their existing work & family commitments.
Therefore, early morning programmes start from 06:30hrs, and last sessions finish around 22:00hrs. My busiest periods tend to be weekends & evenings so please book early to avoid disappointment.
